Was able to use own graphics for exterior and interior of card; not all card companies offer this capability.

I literally spent hours this holiday season looking for the perfect New Years card. I had used another on-line card company last year with a modicum of success. The cards were printed correctly but there was nothing special about them when they arrived so, I was determined to find another company this year. I considered 10 different companies, thousands of cards and finally found Brookhollow! Their tag line, "The Best Cards for Your Business" is TRUE!!!!! It is not hyperbole. From the beginning, I could feel/see the difference. The website worked (!), the cards and greetings were sophisticated and elegant - NOT your stupid, canned greetings you'd never want to actually say to anyone! - the graphic designs were exceptional and unique, and the customization was EXTRAORDINARY!!! With the help of a Graphic Design Supervisor, I customized a New Years card that was PERFECT! I used one of their greetings, 2 fonts I found on one of their cards, a design style from one of their cards - then put it all together w/my own image on the front and voila! I am getting fabulous feedback from the recipients. I am exclaiming Brookhollow's virtues from the street corners now! I will NEVER look further than Brookhollow for all of my card in the future. It was well worth the time and effort to find them. There's more! When I received the cards, I was astonished by the quality - well, and the 2 days to receive them was also astonishing! The image was clear and crisp w/perfect saturation of colors. The fonts were better than expected, the card stock was elegant and cut perfectly, the envelopes had adhesive on them! You didn't have to lick them!! All I had to do was remove the strip of plastic! I mean, really!? I didn't even pay more for that! I didn't have my glasses on and started licking, then more licking and they were not closing....I put my glasses on - and had laugh. I've NEVER rec'd envelopes with adhesive. I just hate the sealing process and Brookhollow even made that process EXCELLENT. I simply can't stop with this review!! there is more: Their personnel are knowledgeable, personable, informed, intelligent, pleasant, cooperative, well-trained, reliable - I was shocked at the high level of Customer Service. I have NEVER rec'd this high level of customer service from anyone, anywhere in my life! Rather than someone actually helping me at the other company I used last year, they told me to write all the design changes I wanted in this small box on their website. I was told by the other company that I could not have any direct contact with the Graphic Designers. Really? At Brookhollow, a Graphic Design supervisor got on the line immediately and worked with me on and off for hours as we meticulously put together the card and copied and pasted my Excel spreadsheet/mailing list into their template. The Graphic Designer knew more about Excel than I do and I create spreadsheets for a living! You can't make this stuff up! SHE was sending ME Excel formulas! I was SO impressed - I still can't get over it. And, well, I am thinking up my next mailing! My business will boom even more now that I have a reliable, professional, sophisticated, and intelligent company to help me!

I found the quality of the printing and the paper was exceptional. I am quite pleased and all order from them in the future.

Second time ordering Christmas cards from this company. I love being able to go to their website and customizing my own look I want for my company.
