When we first received the cards they did not have a fold line. Once I reached out to the company they expedited the folded cards and I received them within the same week! Very Impressed!

My first order arrived un-customized but they immediately accepted the return and the corrected customized order was sent promptly. Just be careful when ordering that you save your work and review the final draft before ordering any customization.
