The holiday cards we selected were very nice with textured felt finish (highly recommend). About 15-20 of the 250 cards had stray ink marks on them and the company is going to reprint the faulty cards at no charge. What I'm unhappy about is I don't like the envelopes. I chose 60# with liner, but the liner does not fill the whole envelope; only the top. So when you address your envelope, you can see the liner through the envelope and it cuts off about 1 1/2" from top. They look so cheap!! Brookhollow would not exchange envelopes; they would only order new ones for me -- but would charge me $30. They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed -- but that is simply not true.
