Cards appear to be better quality on the screen. they were also mismatched upon folding.
Thanks for your feedback! Our cards have a small 1/8" hangover when folded, so they will not line up perfectly. For future reference, we offer free samples and different cardstock options to help ensure you get exactly the card and paper you’re expecting, before purchasing.
We loved the cards, but when I got them, they were the wrong firm on the inside and I had to reorder them. They didn't get to us in a timely manner and then were incorrect. I wasn't very impressed with that kind of service.
I went to place an order, I saw that I could get 10% off if I signed up for the email list, I signed up, I didn't receive an email with the code, I placed the order, and more than an hour later I received the coupon code by email. I should have waited to receive the email, but I figured it wasn't going to come at all because it was taking so long. I contacted customer service to let them know, and they applied a coupon to my order, but the total of the order changed. It was all very confusing.
This is our business holiday card and it looks beautiful. It’s a quality card and have had our clients compliment us on it. We purchased our cards from Brookhollow last year.We were impressed with their product and ordered again from them this year.
