We were very impressed with the quality of the card and the gold foiled envelope. Our order was processed very quickly. The self seal feature on the envelopes made for an efficient job of preparing the card for mailing. We would not hesitate to use Brookhollow again.

The ink from the printed logos, text, etc. bleeds onto the white spaces of the opposite flap. This occurs for both flaps, top and bottom.

The card front is pretty, the card fold is not. The green on the top edge once folded, immediately cracked and flecked to white. Additionally, the card front is about a 16th of an inch longer than the back and not consistent in length. It looks haphazard/accidental, not intentional. The envelopes were especially disappointing. They put a gold lining along the fold and flap of the envelope which overlaps to the very top of the front of the interior of the envelope, but since the rest of the envelope is very thin, this creates a white section across the top of each envelope face. It unfortunately makes it look pretty wonky and a bit cheap. The card is good weight and the design and color is printed well, they just missed the mark on some details/aspects of the overall construction of card and envelope.

Very easy and very happy with product.

We're especially happy with the quality of the paper stock used for the cards and the envelopes. Feels heavy and not cheap. Our clients love getting the cards each year.
