Great Product, But I Was Shorted Envelopes and Received Wrong Type

I enjoyed the holiday cards we ordered. They turned out great. However, I was shorted 11 envelopes. As well as I ordered the gold flap envelopes. Only 2/3 of what I received were the gold flap the rest were plain white.
