We used brookhollow last year for our company's holiday card and loved the cards. This year we decided to design our own card and we are extremely unhappy with the final product. We were not given the option to order a sample to make sure that our company name fit within the die-cut. We were instructed to put in the special instruction section of our order for the design team to check and make sure out company name was centered and fit within the die-cut window, and we did so. When we received our cards they are all different. In some of the cards our company name centered and fits in the box and others it is not. The cards are creased to make it easy to fold them and the crease is different on all the cards, some leaving a white line above the image. These cards were also cut very poorly and the front and the back of the card does not line up evenly when you fold them.
