Thankful to work with a great company getting our Christmas cards out! The cards were beautifully created and the employees were extremely helpful. We weren't sure if we had time to actually get our cards created and mailed on time, but the crew at Brookhollow managed to beat the deadline for us! Much thanks!
These Christmas cards are very pretty. The ornaments are really eye catching. The ability to add our own signature to the inside is so helpful. We like that there are still a variety of cards to choose from that say Merry Christmas. As always, the service was very prompt. We received these cards within three days of placing the order.
It was easy to order and the cards arrived promptly, but I was dismayed to discover that the card plus the envelope weighs 1.1 ounces--too much for a regular Christmas stamp. There should have been something during the selection and design process warning about the the overweight problem. I'd have given them 5 stars had they been a normal mailing weight, but this problem forced me to make a special trip to the Post Office and buy expensive non-Christmas stamps.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you missed the alert in the shopping cart that advises your card selection would require additional postage. For future reference, the combination of a Signature size card on 130lb stock, with a heavy white envelope will incur an extra charge. Changing any of those 3 options will eliminate the additional weight.
They are easy to work with and the product is high quality.
I ordered this card online and made the additions as preferred and got the product on time and as ordered.
