Good quality and price for our employees birthday cards. We really liked the graphics inside the card.

I am impressed with the quality of the cards that this company produces. However, I am not satisfied with the customer service. We had a credit card on file that expired. Everything was the same on the card, except the expiration changed. The card number was exactly the same. The site would not let me just update the expiration date, without having to re-enter the entire card number. I did a chat and spoke to someone on the phone. No one was able to help me. The guy on the chat kept saying it had to be re-entered because the card number changed, when I told him it was the exact same number. It was frustrating because I could not place the order that day. All I have is the last 4 of our card number and expiration, so I could not re-enter the whole thing. Our accountant in another town has the actual card, and she was off that day. So it delayed the order process. I am impressed with the design and quality of the cards. But dissatisfied with the customer service.
