Brookhollow has great customer service. My first attempt at adding signatures was a flop. The cards came and we were very disappointed. When I called Brookhollow, they were wonderful, they accepted the cards back for a full refund, then pointed me in the direction of the designers to be sure I uploaded the signatures which met the printing guidelines. The cards came by the next week and we were back in business with getting our Christmas Cards out on time.

The customizations came out just as I expected and was delivered straight to my office in a reasonable amount of time! Also super affordable!
